HCX.AI is an enterprise SaaS product that helps clinics scale their practice and reduce operational burden. The flexible, white label product enables practices of any size to upgrade their patient and admin experiences with their own brand identities.

Collaborating with a small new ventures team, I led the brand creative team from white paper, to initial opportunity discovery, strategy and creation of all go-to-market touchpoints.

Initial Discovery

From speaking with industry experts, we discovered that there is a fragmented experience throughout the healthcare industry. Some patient experiences are disjointed, non-functional or even counter-intuitive. On the admin side, there is frustration with using multiple tools to accomplish single tasks. People want everything to be simple and connected, and HCX intends to meet that need.

Our brand is anchored in simplicity and connection. Connecting patients to providers and connecting the various systems providers are using. These connections create more positive outcomes for all involved.
